I can buy kreds but I can NOT buy BN with my kreds..it says "There was an error while contacting the game server to prepare your order, please try again later (Order ID: 5534893)"....please help fix this...

If you have an in-game issue (including purchasing premium, in-game content, currency or items) then you need to direct your attention to the developer. They are not likly to look here for issues inside their game (or with their game contacting the Kongregate servers). Assuming you have a "green plug" (are connected to the API) there should not be an issue on the Kongregate end (if there was, then no kred purcheses woudl work).
