Good time of day. My problem is the following: I installed the game through the Epic Store and played for a long time. After that, I decided to complete a quest to register and create an account on your site. After that, my account disappeared and the story began anew without all my achievements and cards. You may need to provide more information such as the game you're playing since this is a more general subforum about the entire site rather than a specific game, but since the sites are different, you may need to link an account before you gain access to your previous account on the Epic Store.
Depending on the dev, they may have an ingame way to link it, you may need to contact them through something like a help page they may provide, or it's possible that they don't support linking accounts.

FlyingCat is right, the information you've given is too little to go on. At least provide details of the game, enough that it can be found here and on the Epic Game Store.
But even with that it's highly unlikely you will get help here. There's no standard way to establish cross-platform (so between Kong and the EGS) accounts. It will be a custom mechanism, and you will almost certainly have to contact the developer for help.
