the game no longer loads,instead i have to download something,and my game account runs through kongregate i am a small but staedy payer in that game ,game of thrones ,so is going to be run through konggregate or not

It loaded fine for me (I assume you mean GoT Winter is Coming... and not Game of Thrones Ascent, which is no longer running). I played to Chapter 2 without issue. If you are having in-game issues still (which includes the inability to load your game), please contact the developers of the game.
