So on the october 1st i made a forum post about supernova games simply not working(Ex:Clicker Heroes,Strike force heroes ,etc..)and got praticly nothing out of it After that i thoght it migth have been the servers on that day or maybe my laptop but **oh boy was i wrong** As it seem this issue affected many other persons but in diferent ways such as: **1** Comment sections not being there **2** recomended games litle arrows(to change page)not working **or 3** as i said before games not loading and proobably many other's that i couden't find ,and as it seems no one is getting the help they need. So far i've tried doing the following: **Re-instaling supernova** which at first seemed to work as games would load but only show the install supernova screan and rarely actually show the play game scream (which would not work) **Using the bookmark thing on firefox** which didn't work even once **And even tring just usingsupernova://play/?swfurl **Which get supernova started and stars loading the game never stops I am in great need of help or even clossure to know if the problem is with my laptop or kong its self **Sincearly From a dear kong fan**

It also doesn't do anything with recoemended games. Given that these two seems to be working fine for me, and you didn't provide any screen shots to help me diagnose further, I would sugges the same general things that are available in the FAQ (top of the list is a malware scan and to disable any extensions/addons/plugins except for SuperNova). As for Clicker Heros, that game works just fine in SuperNova for me. What browser are you using (you mention Firefox... have you tried Chrome... I know it is working there for me)? Are you using an updated verson of that browser? Are you able to post a screen shot (scroll all the way up so we can see your profile bar, and make sure the window is big enough to see below the game area (just maximize the window)? -Pip
