Hi, i just bought a ruby for IDR 75,000 + IDR 7,500 (VAT) = IDR 82,500 (120 rubies) because I want to buy a book of legend. But after making the payment, i didn't get the ruby while my account balance was reduced by 82,500 for the ruby payment and in the history of google play there is the payment. Please help me i need this book of legend :"

I don't know what game "IDR" is, but it sounds like you are playing a mobile app/game. If this is correct, you will want to contact the developers of the game in question.

Ok, thank you for that. The next step for the OP is the same though. I still don't know what game this is for, and in any case, the OP should reach out to the developer for help with in game issues (especially for a moble game).
