This filter bot lmao is hiding useful information:
> Yeah, the konggames.com domain registration expired and hasn't been renewed yet. If whatever DNS you're using has updated to reflect that, you won't be able to connect. However, it looks like the konggames server is at 199.232.197.36 so a workaround if you know what you're doing is to update /etc/hosts with the url from the error message you see. For example if the error is for 'game287709.konggames.com' then add "199.232.197.36 game287709.konggames.com" to /etc/hosts and you'll be able to play.
Also it looks like they did renew the domain registration for another year, but it might take a day or two for everything to be fixed again. Yay

The one game here I still play, Incremental Adventures, just came back online. It's a HTML/JS game.

For people more in the know: Why did some games such as Trimps and dream world not go down?

Not familiar with those games, but games have many options about how to use Kong. Do they host the game on Kong's servers or on their own? Do they use Kong for saving data, or do they have their own servers, or do they store data locally (or 2 or 3 of these)?
Even a game that does not depend on Kong for the above might try and connect to their servers so it can report achievements or high scores, or to get the user's Kong ID so the user doesn't have to create an ID themselves.

Dream World has their own servers and Trimps stores data locally though they have the option to save data to the PlayFab.
