Kongregate has opened a new Discord server, discord.gg/kongregate! There are rooms to chat about your favorite things (like games!) but also plenty of fun, general-interest channels and more to come.
As part of this evolution, this forum will be moved to read-only status on January 20. If you have specific questions or support needs for the website, please don’t hesitate to reach out to support@kongregate.com.

Thanks Kongregate for all the good time.
It is sad to see this happen, but all good things come to an end....
Back in the Flash/html5 days you provided a great platform for developers to put games on and for players to enjoy them.
As a game developer, I take my hat off to Jim & Emily for making this website and the current owners for sustaining it for so long.
Thanks again, and hope kongregate will keep doing great in their future endeavors.
PS: I had never posted here, and thought since the forums are going read-only, I should at last express my thoughts.

I am just saying goodbye to everyone so I don't forget to do so before the 20th. Not sure when it will happen on the 20th (or if it will be the evening of the 19th so it will be gone on the 20th). I am going to have my access removed just like everyone else... so I can't sneak in one after the deadline.

No thank you kong I'm not gonna join a discord server where I'll get banned if i don't think the mods are gods i got enough of that in the unoffical discord servers and those same people will most likely be in the offical one as well so I'm gonna enjoy my exile from this community and will only miss the games and not most of the people (the people i will actually miss are long gone from here anyway)
