This bug happens due to a glitch in the toutorial for owning a dog. I managed to trigger it by purchasing a dog and the seccond I left the Pet Shop my game crashed. After loading it back in, the toutorial lady told me to open the manual but there was no manual. Instead just a slightly darker screen with a bright light with nothing. I could not click or do anything. Is fine on start up but triggers itself every time I enter my house. ( This bug also took away my dog REEEE ).
Had this problem, no help from support, did the reinstall thing made no difference. Finally fixed it by buying another pet, this fixed it, but came very close to deleting the game.
URGENT! I have a glitch where I was just logging in awas doing some stuff at my town until the game froze, so I exited the app and came back on. I tried to play the game but it crashed. It constantly crashed after 10 seconds of loading. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but when I restored all my data it crashes 10 seconds after loading again and again. I tried to software update and restart my iPad Mini 2 but it still didn't work. I think I lost all my progress in the game :( I was up to blue one after the desert one on the map. Please help me :(
