# This forum serves two purposes:
1.) Organize, collect, and communicate bugs and other known issues.
2.) Organize, collect, and communicate needs/wants from the players to the developers and responses from the developers back to players.

# General Structure:
***[Feedback Thread]*** Use these to provide specific event, item, or feature feedback.
This is a place to collect everyone's feedback on a specific topic. It helps to reduce clutter and provides a clean, organized space for devs to read your input.
***Time frame specific suggestion threads*** Use these to request a *direct* response from the devs on a question, suggestion, or your feedback.
Each thread has a specified time frame and, shortly after the end of that time frame, replies from the dev team will be posted.
***Other [Dev] marked threads*** Will contain updates, news, and other info coming directly from the devs.

# Rules / Guidelines:
1.) Unfortunately, not every thread/question/concern will get a response from the developers. Their first job is to work on the game and that is where they should be spending a good deal of their time.
2.) Not every suggestion can be implemented or immediately addressed/added. Often there are roadmaps that are planned far in advance so it could be months before you see certain changes made. We will try to communicate as much as we can and appreciate your patience.
3.) Be polite – threads or posts that include insults, harassment, strong language, spam, blatantly false information, threats, and other offensive material will be modified/hidden/locked. This includes those directed at Admins, Mods, or the Development Team. Duplicate threads may be locked in order to reduce clutter.
Spam can be anywhere from repeated posting, irrelevant / off-topic posts, heavily nested quotes, posts that do not contribute to the conversation, and more.
Additionally, please adhere to [Kongregate's Conduct Guidelines](http://www.kongregate.com/pages/conduct).
4.) Any threads or posts that appear to be a bug or suggestion/comments directly made for the developers will be moved to this forum.
5.) While some bugs may be further explored, no individual support will be given on this forum – you will still need to [contact support](https://22canshelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for any support related issues.

The support team will need:
* Player ID (found in My Info) and/or Kongregate name
* Device information and operating system
* A description of the problem
* Screenshots, if applicable.
If you need help regarding a purchase, please include a copy of your receipt.
The response time from the support team is typically 1-3 days. You may need to check your spam folder in case their reply was filtered.
If you have not heard back and it has been more than 3 days, please [PM ModerNature](http://kongregate.com/accounts/modernature) with your ticket # and email address for more help.
