my soldiers are killed my hero in event battle (5st)
i will stop playing it if you not back my hero!
i cant play event without him!!!!!
(he is killed on one shoot of my soldiers so i haven't picture)

Greetings, Pousarmic. If you can't take screenshot then you may send us a battle log. As the battle log contains the notes of all actions and proccess's in the game, you may do it after the battle and send it to us. To do it, please follow these instructions:
Press F2 on your base (on clear space) to open the log and start the battle. When battle will stop or crash or not completed, click on the log screen and press ctrl+A and then ctrl+C. Create a text file and press ctrl+V in opened the text file and sent it to us.
It will greatly help us to fix the issue.

My hero is murdered by my hero AGAIN.
Please... i know you aren't active any more, but i need him ti get citizen.
Please return me him or at least refund me it.
Also my BG's were turned into melee during hero's attack so i think it would be fair to refung me them. (what great hero XD)

My uniques killed my hero again. Hero was Carl. It was in a survival battle.
No need to compensation because I still won the 5 battles. very honestly it has happened to me so many times (already told in other posts without any feedback) that I don't even print screen anymore. I simply go to battle without any hero items lol.
the question of betrayal is real in this game!
This is beyond ridicule, it is in a point that you already can laugh about it when happen again. I am like... "you bastards!!! killing carl again =D lolol."
PS: if I took the game seriously I would have been upset about this. So if possible try to fix the problem please.

Well,
My uniques killed my hero... again.. and again... and again... quite frankly i already lost the account of how many times my uniques killed my hero. I don't see it as an error anymore, I just assume it as part of the randomness of the game.
Anyway, I want to share my experience in another game. It is an incremental game. Is name is "NGU". Simple and fun game.
I once had a technical problem in that game (NGU). I contacted the devs and guess what?! They were really helpful... and friendly. They gained a devout follower in that day. The result is in the next picture:

As you can see, I started to suport the game with kreds. because:
1) they are helpful when a player has one problem.
2) They try to fix the know problems
3) They actually have a very fair balance system between players who want to spend some money vs player who can't do it.
4) They listen to what the community has to say
I really want to make a constructive criticism. But lets think a bit about it, the warbanner suport for a long time that:
1) Don't help at all players with problems
2) Don't fix the know problems
3) Buil an unbalanced system in the game
4) Don't even read what community say
Exactly the opposite of what should be a support. I've said it before. Warbanner is a game that I keep coming from time to time, just to see if there have been changes. But i will not suport anymore of my money on it (I did it before, more than once).
My advice, try to be more active in the community. Or not. Do what you think is best. but to tell you the truth I don't even care anymore. This game will probably go off-line soon.
it's a shame because I really liked the concept of the game.
