Please, post here various technical issues and bug you encounter that are NOT related to ongoing events, or don't already have a specific topic, e.g. troops assasinating hero.
If possible, provide as much information as you can, so developers can do troubleshooting faster and easier and solve the defect in shorter time.

look at this.
one of my unique troops became invisible but they are be there.
i am place my soldiers (imperial guards) like my uniques.
after that some report jump on my screen.
after reloading the page i see my unique troops but my soldiers desapears and i haven't place in my dwelings to recrute new.
i am good in a math so i am calculate: i have 60 more place (2 troops of imperial guards like i place 2 troops imperial guards when that bug is happen) (2 bugs of that tipe is happen to me)
17 * 30 = 510
3 * 10 = 30
3 * 15 = 45
all = 585 + 60 (uniques) = 645

Yes the math doesn't always add up.I have had the same issues.

enemy soldiers killed my hero that is be far away.
enemy soldiers start to killing my hero.
i move him away with maneuver but they slaying and kill him when he is be far away from them. i want explanation!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You get shielded when people are preparing an attack (1 hour shield). If you stay online for too long then other players will be able to attack you eventually. That thing with the "Town is under attack" pop up acts like that, but will be fixed when you reload the page

If ther hero becomes targeted by enemy troops, they will follow the hero and always attack him. The only solution is to kill the enemy troops :)

Hello MarkHood_01, in one of sieges trenches was starts to appear from nowhere.
My soldiers are dostroy them but game isn't register it. I am lose one melee order and maybe 25 trophies.
In 2st siege i am finish the battle but this was happen: http://prnt.sc/o9kikr. I hope i will not lose trophies after reloading :(
I am forget to make picture of 1st attack so i haven't proof of 1st battle :(
I will be very grateful if you can give me back 1 melee order and 20 or 10 ( 10 if you dont bealive me for 1st battle ;) ) trophies that i could get from that 2 attacks :(

Hello!
I just got: You are using prohibited cheats... bla, bla... message at the start of a battle that then resulted in a defeat before I could do anything.
I have clicked Inform button and had to reload, because my browser then froze.
My hero is in Hospital and I will use Gold to get him out.
I expect refund of 39 Gold.
