Very often, my game is crushing (frozen brick) so i am suffering attack more often than usually.
Also, the game is losing conection with a server, but my internet conection is very good.
With new upgrade i cant attack bots or players, so i need to getting my resources with: Sawmills, Mills, Quarry and Mines.
That, and conect issue before were start to happening in alsmost same time.
Can you somehow repair it or tell my why is it?

This is not message with any bug.
Before you read all message i would please you to do 2 things.
1: Please respond.
2: Please don't ignore this message.
I really want my statue on level 3, but i haven't enough medals.
I know we can buy them with real money, but it is to expencive for me.
In hope i will get my statue on level 3, i was spend 30 bomb orders, 30 strike orders, more than 30 volley and other orders, to much premium units, diamonds and contracts.
At end of event i will have 535 portuguese escudo.
Can i pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls buy 1065 medals for 1065 gold coins? (1 Medal = 1 Gold coin)
If is it ok, there are 2 of mine options to pay that:
1: In cash after i get those medals. (You give me medals, i upgrade my statue and then when i collect those gold, i will pay you)
2: In cash before i get those medals. (When i collect gold, i will give it to you and you will give me medals)
Little explain of option number 1: I will pay you that gold when i collect it, i will not buying anithing with it, only banker to collect more gold. (dont expect i will pay you before middle of October)
I am really hope that it is possible or i was spend all orders, units and materials for almost nothing. :(

Something's wrong with my hero Carl. In one place it said he was level 0 and in another it said level 1. When I clicked him and went to his skill tree, it gave me an error. I reloaded and it did it again, three times in a row. Here is the screenshot http://prntscr.com/oy88lb
I think I can still use him, but I would like to use his skill tree. Thanks.

It was during pvp against butta. It's about 8:05 Central Time right now. Guess it'll be a couple of hours until I can play again. Carl still shows up as level 0 for pvp and level 1 everywhere else. I still can't access his skill tree without getting an error.

I still have this problem. I have sent you a PM with another screenshot. Please help with this, my hero is now level 2 and I still cannot access his skill tree.. Thank you.

It's been a week now, and I still can't access the skill tree for my hero Carl. He's now sometimes level 3 and sometimes level 0. Either way it doesn't matter since I can't use his skills. Is there anything else you guys need from me in order to fix this? Do you need more information or screenshots? I'll be glad to help you fix this if I can. Thank you.

Like first: My troops that i was deploy in first place were frozen so i had to use 4 nationals more than i should need.
Like second: I killed all of enemy units but victory was not recorded.
Like third: My and enemie's pictures were disappear also like my and enemie's "Unit HP line"

I have now had this problem for two weeks. I have asked for help on this forum and in PM's. I have not had a response of any sort. Warbanner support, do you exist?
