Small complaint. If the refill timer is counting down for the next refill and you use a full refill, it kills the timer and it starts over. It makes using refills a PITA. If I am 20 mins from an arena refill, I only use 5/5 refills instead of the 10/10, so I do not lose the timer.

Are plans still going to include more combo mastery options daily? With the ever increasing number of combos available it seems necessary to keep good ones coming up with some regularity.

To be honest, it's very possible that the accounts people are reporting as "banned but still active" simply were not actually banned accounts. We have never released the names of players that are banned, so I don't actually know how anyone could say with certainty that a player they know to be banned is still active in the game. There could have been some inaccurate or opinion-based information circulating in the community :/ We do our best to clean things up if there's an inaccuracy on the forums, but we don't police 3rd party/player-run communities. Even after an account is reported, we don't share follow-up with anyone other than the account owner. We regularly take action to protect the integrity of the game including a very thorough investigation of suspicious activity reports. If you have been waiting for a response on a ticket for more than 3-5 business days, please PM me with the ticket # and I'll ask a support person to help you as soon as they can. I am deeply sorry that I cannot provide more information about accounts that are reported, but I promise you each of the reports are taken very seriously.

Thank you, but there is no question to the validity of my statement as I know first hand of the banned account I speak of. Secondly, the account I speak of has the same username, so when you’re not in a guild, search guilds, see members in that guild, click on their profile everything is the same as the time of the account being banned. As for third party apps, I am not speaking of communication apps such as Line, when I speak of their activity, I am speaking of Facebook or Steam. If you don’t sever these logins the banned accounts still have access to their accounts outside of Kongregate and Google.
