yeah I have done it normal means I am on island/sector 6 so I have finished around 30 levels minimum but no gems - I shall give it 24hours though before I open a ticket but usually if it hasn't come by now it means there's a problem.

It took a while for the Progress wall to update initially - I had to refresh for it to show up

I've done six offers and have gotten all my gems I only do the dollar purchases offers though. I've made 4500 gems for six bucks. I never do the one that u have to complete tasks cause they always say still in progress, like they don't explain what the task is good enough or something...idk ...sorry your having trouble indy

Ugg, alright thanks guys. Guess it’s just me then. Two completed offers and still no gems and nothing on my progress wall since last month. I’ve signed out and back in again. Guess I’m just screwed :,(

Any way we can get more offers?
There were about 50 yesterday and they all seemed to have disappeared. Can’t do offers that aren’t there :(

Or if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know :)

At least the double gems offer has expired, so you're not losing out on bonus gems any more.

So apparently I am missing out on the 2x Offer Wall weekend because my Progress Wall will not update. I’ve completed two of the 6 Offers I started last night and not received any gems and I cannot file a ticket with Iron Source because my Progress wall will not update. It won’t show anything since the last offer I looked at last month. Again, my problem is that my Offer Wall’s Progress Page will not update no matter what I try.
Unfortunately I know no one at Kong will see this until Monday so it looks like I’m really just screwed out of participating in this weekend’s 2X Gems event. This is so frustrating, I don’t know what to do. Please help!

Thank you for contacting Throwdown support about this, and we're sorry to hear that you've had this trouble!
If you still have not received your Gems from the offers you attempted this weekend, could you please send us a screenshot of your Gem Status invoice? Just to be clear, if you have any active offers on your offer wall (even if they are not the ones you attempted this past weekend), you will be able to access your Gem Status invoice by doing the following:
- Select the free option within the shop
- Tab to 'IN PROGRESS' offers
- Select your offer from the 'IN PROGRESS' list
- Tap the underlined text that says 'Missing coins?'
- After reading the disclaimer select the link to 'Contact support'
- You will be redirected to an invoice screen listing all attempted offers, please take a screenshot of this page
If you have any trouble reaching this page, or if you have any other questions or concerns in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let us know!

The “Fix” you have described below is my exact problem! My “IN PROGRESS” page is not updating. At all. That is what I am ticketing: My Offer wall is broken if none of my offers appear on my Progress page! It’s not showing any offers I’ve looked at or attempted since March 25th. See screenshots attached please. Or click on my Progress link and see for yourself, there are only 3 offers from 2019 and none of the ones I clicked on this weekend are showing up anywhere:

I think you guys need to fix this and then offer another 2x Gem weekend. It is not fair that I was forced to miss out on this and I am sure there are other players in the same boat.

Thank you for providing these screenshots for us, and for clarifying these details. My apologies as well for misunderstanding that the offers were also not appearing on your Gem Status invoice!
That being said, I'm afraid that we cannot directly assist you any further if the offers do not appear on your Gem Status invoice or on your IN PROGRESS tab. We sincerely apologies that this is the case!

Jay is giving me 350 gems for my troubles. While I appreciate the sentiment, and the replies I got today- this really pales in comparison to the 12000+ gems the 6 offers I would have attempted were suppose to pay out.

I tried this offer some time last year and didn't get any gems. Every other offer I've completed had paid out, so I assumed this one meant 25 sectors, not levels, and I gave up.

Not related to the 2x offer, but I just spent a week getting to 25k power on the ffxv game and now the offer isnt showing on my in progress and Im not seeing any tab to report the missing gems? Any help would be appreciated!

Actually it is related becuase unfortunatly, **you will not get your gems if the offer has never shown up on your progress wall.** This is yet another example of how the wall was broken during this event and needs to be re-done.

First, I am so sorry about the problems being reported here including the improper responses from the support team. This information should have been one of the first things provided-- There are a few reasons why an offer may not show up in the list:
* The game was already played on a separate account at one point. (Even if you already did this offer at a different time or using a different login. If you played the offer game at all on the device, it can get disqualified)
* The game was played on a different device (Your game account and IronSource ID are loaded into a new device once you log into your account. Apple ID and/or Google ID, too, if applicable. These are all factors that determine if you have or have not already played the game being offered.)
* The game was not downloaded from the offer wall (going to the app store manually to find the app associated will the offer _will not_ trigger the offer for you and will make you ineligible to complete it)
* The offer was not completed in a timely manner. (most offers expire in 30 days)
Any of those items can cause an offer to fail or not appear on your in-progress list. I think there is an opportunity to improve here: previously completed offers should not even appear in the list, and if an offer does not qualify, it should be listed as such, not omitted completely. These are items I'll forward to the account manager.
Aside from the legitimate reasons why an offer wouldn't show up (based on how the system currently works, that is), there aren't/weren't any widespread issues that would cause this to happen, but support is taking a closer look for any additional reports so that we can dig into it on a more technical level.
I also asked the managers to review policies and procedures with the team in hopes we can prevent future miscommunications.
In the meantime, I regret that I can't do much more about the offer wall via the forums. Support can provide some one-on-one help on account issues and offers. If you feel more comfortable with a senior member helping you, please indicate that you want a leader or manager to handle your inquiry.
As for hosting another 2x event, I asked the parties involved if that is possible. I don't know the metrics for determining when these events are held, not sure what the outcome will be.
Playing a game and spending your time to progress should not be so un-fun, I'm sorry this happened. I hope this addresses the questions/concerns laid out here, but if you have any additional needs inside your account or with the offer wall, please [contact support](https://kon.gg/throwdownhelp).

Hey Modchi, thank you for taking the time to address this!
I think you are aware that I'm a veteran player and have had a lot of experience with the offer wall in the past. So, while I cannot speak to every one else's issues, I would like to point out that something was definitly broken with my Progress Wall as none of the issues you mentioned above were factors in my case; my Progress Wall simply hasn't updated since March 23rd 2019.
On April 20th at 10:00 PM PST I viewed quite a few of the 2x gem offers, proceeded to download 6 games and completed 2 offers. None of the offers I looked at, none of the offers I downloaded or completed have posted to my Progress page, even still today.
