Hi Everyone,
The offer wall will be 2x boosted this weekend! Here are the details:
* Starts Saturday, June 22 at 17:00 PDT (June 23 at 00:00 UTC)
* Ends Sunday, June 23 at 17:00 PDT (June 24 at 00:00 UTC)
* Offers **must be started during the special event** to qualify
* Offers can be completed at any time, but please note the offer-specific requirements (many expire after 30 days)
* Offers that were started at a different date/time will not pay 2x gems, even if you finish it during the special event
* The 2x gem quantity is what is displayed on screen (ex: if it reads “1,000 Gems,” that is what you will receive)
**How do I get to the Offer Wall?**
Open the game on a mobile device, visit the Shop and navigate to the Gems tab. Tap on the "Free Gems" screen to view a list of offers available for you to complete for free gems.
Note: The offer wall is not available in the Steam, Kartridge, or web versions of Animation Throwdown.
**I'm having trouble with an offer.**

*Side question* - is IronSource still who to contact for gems not paying out for these “offers” (surveys) for iOS players?
*Back on topic* - Double gem weekends are great! Just a bit of a bummer that a large portion of the player base doesn’t have access to the same perks.

Yes contact ironsource, they contact advertiser, advertiser says you don't meet requirements so you don't get gems anyway. Not spending another hour with these bogus o fferwall. Good luck to the rest of you

Same offers over and over so 2x is pointless for everyone who has completed a bunch already.

If the offers were provided by kong, not by some third company, then there would be NO problem about getting gems from playing other games.

i am still waiting to receive the gems for some offer from the previous x2 offerwall what should i do ?i have sent mail to ironsource again and still no answer because i sent all proofs to support but seem they did not read what i wrote in the mail,would like to know what should i do
so what should i do?

There’s nothing you can do.
My offereall broke during the last 2x gems weekend (April 22nd I think?); literally no offer I viewed would ever show up on my pending page. So I immediately ticketed it, and didn’t even bother attempting any offers because I knew they’d never be accepted without showing up on my pending page first. It literally took until May 24th to get a reply from SuperSconic. But did they even bother to read my ticket? F no! The response I got was, “we cannot verify your completion of the offer at this time.” WTF? What offer???? My ticket was for my pending wall being broken. I immediately replied to explain this and still have never heard back.
Supersonic is a dirty, rotten company, period. Anyone who willingly chooses to do business with them (Kong!!!!) should seriously be ashamed and feel icky all over about it.

Hi Modchi, I've had to submit tickets for my last 3 offers and they have gone ignored (some for as long as 6 weeks now). I have also submitted a support request to Kong & mailed you directly - would you please be able to contact me about these? I'm really uninclined to make the most of this double weekend when there seems to be no effort made to fix problems. Thanks in advance.

The last 2 offers i did, I got nothing,even after submitting proof that they were completed, so NO, this is not a good deal at all.

yeah, 2 x nothing doesn't really appeal to me. after getting screwed over way too many times i'm avoiding their offer wall like the plague unless they change providers at some point.

I did just that in the past 2 times and never got anything for completing them. I even sent proof with pictures, still they said I was declined twice. Im quite salty about that still

For what? All that is done is asking Ironsource to "look at it again", at which point they just deny you anyways. Just looking at offerwall, I have completed offers for at LEAST 12,375 gems, that were denied repeatedly despite proof of completion and the offers being completed 100% according to their terms.
Right now I'm waiting on them to get back to me on two offers I had to submit tickets on. They initially denied me saying they couldn't verify completion a whole 5 minutes after I submitted the first ticket. They don't even check. They just auto deny. I resubmitted on those, and have now been waiting several days. I know where its going to go though.
I wouldn't care so much if they had more offers, that paid better, and didn't take so much effort (and in some cases $$$) to complete. But as it is, they only ever really have about 2 worthwhilet offers, and those take so much time and effort to complete, that its completely not worth it when you know from the start they arent going to pay anything out to you.

I got excited for the 2x event, until I checked to see what offers I had. I knew there were troubles with the iOS offerwall, but when this event kicks in I have three offers totalling less than 250 gems. So one of my most anticipated events will be a wash this time around. I hope once the iOS offer wall gets sorted out we get another of theee events right away so those of us affected get a chance at it.

I have a question, here's the context first: last 2x offerwall, there was a game called Mobile Royale which offered like 6k gems for "unlocking troopers". I clicked on the link and attempted to download for a few hours straight, but it kept crashing and never fully installed (i.e. the app itself has never been opened and I never played the game). I see the game is still in my offers AND I also have the game in my "started" queue which contradicts itself but that's fine. The print always states that the offers are always for new users. I am worried that if I try to install again this weekend and complete the offer, that it may not reward.
Question: Do I still qualify as a" new user"since I never fully installed the game nor opened the app? If so, may I politely reach out to support in the event that I am not awarded gems if I follow the requirements to fulfillment? I just don't want to play a game where I no longer meet the requirements (since an installation has once been attempted, but never completed).
