I've been saving since the last one started. All 3 top spots in my last group were taken by big spenders, so I didn't use anything extra. Same thing this time, I'm an assassin. I might go all in with only a little time left, but it's a waiting game.

Oh really? Never mind! If memory serves, 3% (or 10%) of the rewards are hot and 97% (or 90%) are not. Last MasterCard i was in a good group, i autoed more than a year's supply of arena refills and ranked #3, only 70kpts behind #2. This time i have no surplus to burn, so i will rank somewhere between #15 and #85, which is ok, of course i will claim my rewards, i'm just not excited

Or to buy points with cash. they sold a 6.49 pack earlier for 100 +10 arena refills to try to inflate the scores to get people to buy more to get points. 100 +10 arena refills is about 15000 points. Now the people who will buy will get a much lower return. definitely not 6.49 for 15000 points

All of them. Turning in Super Mythic Stones, Mythic Object Stones, Mythic Stones, Legenday Stones, Quad Epic Stones, Power Stones, Greater Epic Stones, and even Epic Stones into cards during this event will earn you points towards your score. The number of points you earn depends on which type of stones you use. In the previous event obtaining a legendy card was worth 500 points and obtaining an epic was worth 100 points. So by cashing in your legendary/epic stones you could earn lots of points for getting new cards.

Last challenge was a mythic object card for 1st place and quad leg card. Seems like it’s back to clash being the only way to earn a mythic object. 6 month more wait for my first one now.

I came 4th last CMC, to remember that milestone I never removed the message.
4th place last year gave: 2 Brian cards, 100 SMS's 2 24hSB's
This time it's 2000 LS's, 100SMS's, 2 24hSB's
So yeah, it is a bit worse, but just because 2000LS's can gave sub-optimal cards (Brian is not in the pool), but some might not have liked the Brian card for their deck (like me), so the loss is not that much of a loss tbf
