FYI that's just a feature of the arena. After 2500 crowns your opponents (all cm3 PC's ofc) get buffed 10% per 100 crowns above that level. It just bleeds over into clash & Melee too.

I'm guessing you get very little crowns for victories at that point, you already go from +30 crowns to +13 at ~1000.
