My last four offerwalls were rejected even though I got everything documented so I gave up. With Ironsource gone I would love to try the offerwall again

+1 but don't hold your breath, Kong definitely has a deal with them, they probably give Kong bigger cut than other providers, it doesn't make sense to switch for them. I mean judging from how money hungry Kong is, how easily Kong decides to screw over f2p, and how offer wall is majorly used by f2p, I don't see this happening anytime soon.

My primary concerns with switching Offerwall providers are that TapJoy is significantly smaller market share than ironSource, so much so that I believe that Tapjoy actually partnered with ironSource so Tapjoy actually utilizes their meditation platform for their own situational needs. With that being said, the expectations that Tapjoy may provide a better service to this game economy *may* be a bit more optimistic than what would actually entail from the changeover. Secondly, ironSource has the biggest marketshare of advertiser partners, this directly translates to more offers being offered and funding[which isn’t important to us, but to Kong, that’s attractive as it translates to less interference on their part]
I am more inclined for ironSource to change some of its commitments to its revenue generators [us] and its partners, I would 100% prefer direct 3 line communication- $generator, ironSource + adPartner. That would give us an independent chance to verify *what, why, when* the offer was rejected, its reasons, and other potential mediation services with us and the partner.
Also, Kong has an indemnity clause agreement with ironSource; they likely cannot respond to this thread but I’m unsure bc I don’t care enough to look at the definitions of the general co tract terms they have on their site.
At best. I advise all of you to check your local statues for “contract law, elements of a contract in your jurisdiction” and take that if it action to “legal@ironsrs.com” with a nice note on their obligations in the jurisdiction they are conducting business in. By nice I mean NICE, do not be an ass to them, you will get shut down. Do not make threats. Simply and concisely explain what happened, present proof, add a little note of their obligations if your jurisdiction has protections for you.
Appreciate you making this thread, Indy.

This is the dumbest forum thread to date.

It's ridiculous. Completing the requirements for a game I've never seen or heard of before, supplying screen shots of offer and in-game content showing the completion and still no gems...

I've used tapjoy on another game before and they had hundred and hundreds of offers and if I'm not mistaken they all paid out. They had a great split of low to high amounts.

my fail rate is above 50% and that's ridicilus if you think about games that need a week or two to complete the offer
