The game is designed to take some time. Period. You can read guides on wiki to get you up to speed: https://idle-wizard.fandom.com/wiki/Idle_Wizard_Wiki

* What do you mean by godmode? getting all the achievements? There's literally no end to this game. Even if I knew what you meant by "godmode", what do you mean by "faster"? faster than what?
* Buying resources with cash in instantaneous, so no. But that was a very poorly-worded/loaded question. Later on in the game you can earn 15000 dust overnight, so someone would have to be quite rich to keep up with that. I'm not really aware of people that pay "to win" at this game, because it's too expensive to get a small advantage. A handful of rare people still pay a bit, but it supports the developer so it's not a bad thing.
* By "get P" do you mean increase paragon level? Again I ask "faster than what?" and to attempt to answer your question in another way: exiling is a core mechanic of the game. It's all about resetting regularly; that's how you make progress.
* Again, faster than what? but you can farm resources faster with time. There is an equipment that increases crafting dust gain (shoulder slot), and 3 pets that increase crafting dust gain. Completing trials also increases crafting dust gain, and there's a memories upgrade (realming) that increases crafting dust gain as well. Bats can also be spawned more often with an equipment item (weapon slot), and will also spawn more often as you complete more trials.
* if by "research to get more trials" you mean a way to do trials faster (or get more trial rewards), the answer is yes. Completing trials will speed up the process after hitting certain milestones (5, 15, 50, 70, 100 etc.). Conducting experiments (a mid-late game thing) gives trial runes, bats give a smal chance for trial runes (I think; a least they used to)
* You get more attribute points the more mysteries you get in the game; there's other small things that affect attributes, but mysteries is like 90-99% of it,
As was said already, the game is designed to take time, and designed to have a lot of features, and designed to frequently be resetting; that's how this idle games and many idle games work. If you don't like that you may not be a fan of the idle game genre.
