Kongregate explicitely forbids crossplatform links with mobile. After having a 0 tolerance policy they changed it couple of years ago, but it ONLY applies to games they benefit from, in other words something they cooperatively worked at (produced, developed, make money with)
And there is really no neeed to ask for it on forum since that question can and is easily and daily answered in any chat, especially since its written in Kongregates conduct form since ever.

I think that was a good question and a loot of people might have it. So asking it on forum can let others know.

The option to link accounts or transfer the game data is needed, and the devs need to implement this before december of this year, or, they will lose ALOT of money
