I had same problem in Great Fund I. I could not collect my prize on the 4th or 5th. I tried taking a screenshot and all that came up was a blank spot where the game or Great Fund should of been. First, they don’t give me the 2000 diamonds I bought, say they can’t help me there they “didn’t” see the transaction or whatever and now this…I am this close to saying f@%k it! I have spent hundreds of dollars; between my Mom and I we have spent close to 1k this year alone on this game and not 1 cent more are they getting out of us.
