I bought 10k diamonds in LoA today, costing 1000 kreds. My kreds were taken of my account, but no diamonds. With all of the hot events I could have doubled or tripled my diamonds, and gotten a lot of rewards.
Instead, I get robbed of my money and screwed over big time by yet again another bug.
I am getting so sick and tired of this bs. please send the monkeys back to the zoo and take over from them because the game isnt working properly. I am this close to bringing up a lawsuit against konggregate AND r2games. Thieves and liars and swindlers!

I had the same problem, click the green thing next to ur level and somewhere in there you should find them, i think you have to click on what you brought and press submit or whatever the button is, also if you want a reply i suggest trying gtarcade site.

No, this is as much on Kong as it is on GTA since the currency transfer got messed up somewhere. If a refresh doesn't help, no amount of clicking on anything will until (both) the servers refresh/update.

Marietje66, did you see the message Kong placed on ALL games about the problems people might have while using Chrome? Problems about, for example, getting kreds or using them. If you are using Chrome that might be the reason you stumbled in this problem. Also, you should know that is hard for a company to answer in less than 1 hour to ANYTHING especially if you are using the wrong ways to tell them your problem, like using a forum instead of the support request ticket.
