So I'll be switching phones soon. The email I used when I signed in however many months ago is from a company I no longer work for. But I also don't remember my password, which means if I do a reset, it will just send the new password to the old email I don't have access to anymore.
If I just put in a ticket, will they be able to change my email for me?

Ouch. From the kongregate settings screen, it would appear you can only change your email if you have the password. More than likely need to file a ticket. But wouldn’t the response to your ticket get sent to the email account you can’t check anymore?

In case you haven't resolved this yet...
Almost certainly Support won't help you; from their view point there is no difference between your situation and someone trying to take over an account that's not theirs. There's an outside chance that if you know detailed purchase history, they might accept that as proof you're the owner, but I think the chances are very low.
In your shoes, I'd contact my old employer, explain the situation and ask them to forward the reset emails from your old work account to your current account. I've done this early on in my career, and I was pretty good friends with the IT department so they were willing to help me.
The hard lesson is never use work accounts for personal things.
Edit: I meant to say Good Luck. I hope you get your account back.
