Same. After a couple restarts I was able to get an ad to work.

I honestly can't even remember WHEN the "last time" MY ads actually worked.. let alone.. in secession. I pretty much just gave up at some point.. still.. not even able to remember when that "some point" happened either. Although I DID TRY to reset the game, unload & reload the game, clear caches on my entire phone, then caches on just the game itself, then "rinse & repeat".. so to speak.. as far as "filing a ticket/claim".. well.. I'll be the first to admit that I lack the proper "genome" to access the correct way to go about it all.. for whateverreason I end up chasing my own tail any time I've tried.. yep.. gave up on that too..
idk.. hope you've had much better luck than I have but fret not there truly Are Great Individuals that have long played this game & Really Do Know the Ins/Outs & how to help you function around this.. seemingly increasingly "disfunctional" game!

? It's pretty straight-forward. I find I have to explain things to them like they are 4 (yes, that's even more basic that ELI5 (Explain It Like I'm 5)), but I do usually get helped.
