Had an issue with completing offer. and no flair. Hadn’t been awarding flair but this was pissing me off. Lol.

Ticket #391991 filed, for no event, no challenges, no coin shop. _whee_
Edit: Added lack of currency challenge to the ticket. So, 4 issues that should have been resolved a while ago.
They've changed the format of the automatic email that's sent out, so I actually had to log in to the system to find my ticket #. Oddly, my request is in "Awaiting Your Reply" status even though it's just been filed and doesn't require a reply from me. It should be in "Open" status.
Hm. Replying to the automated message did move it to "Open" status. I don't know it something has changed recently and now we have to file a ticket and then immediately reply to it as well to get it into the system properly, or if "Awaiting Your Reply" has always been the workflow in case the user has resolved their issue on their own before someone looks at it.

Well I was hoping that game would reset at 4 p.m. I think the other people are right in that we won't see it till Monday and then they'll probably just wait till Wednesday

Perhaps they are skipping a week to get them back in sync with 2021 calendar. (After all, the New Years Eve event ended on 12/30.)
