Contacted support and came back with auto responder after 14 days sitting and closed.
Even with replying before that.
This never happened before when contacting support

Same just happened here. I think the support people are mostly volunteers. I wonder if that is the same as an intern? (No pun intended.). If you don’t have to intern, surely a couple of us could volunteer.

i think I've had one non-response; I think the ticket just got overlooked. They have a policy of combining all your tickets you've submitted recently into one ticket and I think it just got missed in the amalgamation.
No response to my ticket yet.

I was doing some reading on google and it looks like Kongregate as a company is basically dead because of flash going away. They laid a bunch of people off last year and are maintaining a skeleton crew for now. They were supposedly in talks with a museum to preserve some of the games to use in schools as a teaching tool

Dang, that sux. They should commission it as a project for some Grad students to putter around with. Just keep it plugged into life support is all we ask. LOL

I was wondering about that. My daughter and I were just looking into how she's going to continue to play Bloons TD 5 (I bought her the Steam version for Christmas) and I noticed that there's no announcement from Kongregate about what they're doing about Flash dying.

I’m curious, have we had an event where the leaderboard never got corrected? I know there’s been a few where it was corrected very late. Just trying to figure out how the awards will get sent out. ....Feels like the game is on its last tank of gas, and the gas light has been on for about 20-30 miles.
