I believe it's lost. Saves are only local on the phone unless you're logged in, and the act of logging in I guess overwrote your progress? I wouldn't expect that to happen, but who knows.
The deeper issue is that Kongregate has stopped supporting the game, so if something like this happens, there's nobody to contact, even if it was recoverable.
At least it was only a couple of weeks? :-)
