Misapprehension with Void Orbs

Dear One.
I have a misapprehension wisth "The Eternals" Event.
I purchase the Emmisary Jalrok with Void Orbs. The I max level up with Void Obs to max.
Then I made all the Promotion Proces, till the Trainint (now my emmisary is on training during 6h)
The problem comes when after I was checking the "Eternals", againt the Emisary Jalrok to read the storie.
And I purchased one more time.
And i spend the orbs againt.
I thought that has happend because I have my own Jalrok on Training. And when you are on Training the Hero dissapears, like you have not it.
Coud you do anything?
Because, I spend a lot of orbs, marbels... in the firts Jalrok, and I don't know what is going to happen now. When the firts one ends his training.

Chances are when it comes back from traning it'll be whatever level your new one is but .6.
You'l need to get Spyke to fix it for you.
I would post in the Missing Currencies thread, thats where he checks most often for ppl's issues like this.

Dear Mr Ozzy.
I don't realy re-buy, just i was checking the story of the Eternals, the Emisarie, the Guardian... to check the storie, you have to put the mouse over the "?", but in my case i press, and (i guess so) as my Emisarie was on training, and the system "thought" that I have not, Ir re-bought it.
Now that the 6hours training has passed, i chec it.
It is really strange.
The level of my Emisarie is 1.
For my mis-purchase. However his "promotion star" is a level 6.
So, i lose all the orbs of the firts purchase.

Slightly grumbling about that, I used another charge to promote them myself. I was missing on too many DQ levels.
I would appreciate to get at least one charge back (if not something more for joining two tournaments with unpromoted heroes). Thanks.

My Kumu-san is now 85.1 instead of 15.1 when I expected it to be 99.1. Can this please be fixed?
Edit: I went ahead and leveled it back up to 99.1 and everything is working now, but can I please be refunded 168 PG?

I started an AS adventure last evening. The cost of 100 AS was taken, but there is no reward given. I can also not see it in the history. Can the 100AS plus a reward be refunded?

ctrl clicked to open batch of 10 normal chest keys
no chest was opened
10 normal keys are missing

On the GAMES event, clicked on Cook this morning, couldn't claim or click anything. Went out all day, on my return event now seems to be working normally, but I only have 19 actions, and no stamina. It won't make up fully for it (as timing matters), but either the 110 stamina or the action refunded would be nice.

I think my problem is the same as zepko. I attacked WB 4 times with Dark Choco p3 yesterday to get him to p4 but now today it's saying he's p3 again. Can you look into this for me? thanks.

Please check, still p3. NVM, ended up just wasting a WB attack and doing it myself.

I did not received my rewards from the tournament 1105: I was in, I end at position 41 / wr 26 (website data), but my in-game result page show "Tournament hadn't finished" and I have nothing in my History list.
Can you please send me the rewards (39 PG, 197.563 SD, 3 keys) ?

For some reason I have -2328 AS...I have no idea how my AS cae to be negative. I believe before this happened I had somewhere in the 80's of AS. Can you please fix?

Hi Devs, Now at -2308 AS. In case the past 2 messages weren't clear, that "-" sign in front of the big number is a minus sign as in negative 2308AS. This shouldn't be possible and tells me its a bug.

my CCs went negative last night for some reason (-398 currently). Not just a graphic bug as the arihmetic is correct - got 20 CCs and it reduced the negative amount by 20 as you would expect.
