After almost 3 years, Global Assault is coming to a close. We would like to thank you players, old and new, for making GA a great game to develop and work on. On August 28th we will be turning off Volt Coin purchases. On October 23rd the game will shut down completely. We appreciate your awesome support of Global Assault and are working on getting all GA players some big bonuses in two of our other games, Tyrant Unleashed and Spellstone. We’ll get you an update shortly.
Again, it’s been a wild adventure, and thank you all for participating in it!

You don't need to close the game only change the store system let people buy what they want and not random stuff like chance packs lot of people will not spend for something they don't want. So change the system make it cheap and you will see how many customers you will get the game is great just need more new units and stuff don't give up guys lol make changes and lot of us will support you. Lol this is how it ends. Thanks for the gift packages for your other games but I doubt I will play another syn game again. I ran the marathon twice with WMT and this game only to see them go dark after 1000's of hours of hard work. I will stick around till the end just because then I will leave Kong for good. Well at least now it's over and the silence has ended. If you guys could do just one thing, and I think we deserve this, it's to set all your crates to 0 VCs and let us play with all units for once. Hell, one last GW where everyone had access to all content could really be fun. Do at least one decent thing, after you've treated this game so badly, esp compared to your other games.
It's really a shame, cuz GA had great game mechanics and it feels like a game that wasted it's potential. At least TU now after almost 4 years is more fun than ever.
Well and goodbye too all the ppl who played with me the last years, you were the ones keeping me until the boredom and time I needed for TU made me quit guildplaying.
It's odd, but a while ago a player called Aalders made a really touching post about quitting the game due to an illness. He wrote a poem and I kinda liked it and turned it into a song but then almost forgot about it. Anyway I just uploaded it and will share it with you guys, cuz, why not? This game's fun came more from the people playing it than from the developers. Cheers guys :^)

Please make bunoses available for Animation Throwdown. I think we all deserve to carry bonuses to whatever syn/kong games that are available.
Tho I'm very disheartened by this news, and even more upset. I will thank you for the fun while it lasted.
I will leave this game with major regrets having invested so much time, and money.

Well, that's that. GA was a great game with so much more potential. Too bad the game was left to itself for about a year, players waiting for updates (and making jokes about it) or even communication from the devs all this time, and all this time if it weren't for this great community the game would have been already dead. Incidentally the P2W units have been so bad during the last 3,4 months that I still have 9k VC, no refund possible, support says. Sorry to say I'll never support another Synapse game, and that's that too.

Ask for a refund at the Apple/android store. If it was within 30 days they should backcharge Synapse. Screw them.

Collecting other people's P2P squads does not make you a P2P player.

I am not asking for a refund. I stopped spending about a year ago so the 30 day rule does not apply to me. I have only and I do mean "only" spent $400 on this game. You truly don't know anything about me. When I first started ArmyOfDarkness, all I did was spend money so that I could refill my health to help my guild get through Atmos and some of the shadow raid.
Me asking people to get a refund is purely because of the fact that these devs stopped caring about us and their game.
