Was this account (the first one) linked to kongregate? or some other sign in like google or something? If so you may be able to sign into that, and see if your account turns up, or the option to choose between them. Hello KONGREGATE, i have a issue considering that i cant recover my old gamer account./character. When i downloaded the game on my new phone i tryed to get my old account back but never brought it back. Instead i am now left with a new character, starting from scratch. After months on playing bit heroes. I be trying with google play and with your kongregate login but could not recover my character. So im hoping that you could help bring back my account to the best of your ablity and bring back the joy of playing bit heros.
