So, I've used 2 hours now to try and get logged in to Bit Heroes. The issue shouldn't be on my end since I get 2mb/s download rate and everything else works really fine. These issues have been a problem for the game for a long time now, and it seems that you are not really trying to fix them? You release new $100 packs daily - introduce the game in Asia - and.. did you upgrade your amount of servers while doing it? Or does this problem come from somewhere else? I have invested a lot of time in this game, not to mention money, and would really like to hear your side from this. I know people have been complaining about this, and you have given kongpensations for the problem - but is it really something you can't fix? Should you be more up front about it if it really is so? This is just not tolerable anymore.

I have contacted them, and they can't do anything about the bugs in game except listen - obviously. And bugging them daily would make their job worse than it already is. I'm not the only unsatisfied player out there.

This happen to me in daily basic. Just try loggin again in few hours later.

True really having troubles logging my accounts on browser , steam , kartridge and mobile and I do have decent interenet if I would add

I think Kong added some kind of IP address filter or something, my home internet can't connect at all but when I switch my phone to mobile internet it logs in without an issue on the first try.

if you are playing BH on Kong, OP, try to log out your Kong acc, then log in again.

--probably, after they're trying to fix something `(reconnect function?)`, then they found another problem.
happened to me too, to the point i couldn't log in for almost 2 weeks. well, it was before they gave Kongpensation `(and i was thinking it's not enough Kongpensation.. :D)`
lately after 3-5 times failed logins `(when using reconnect button)`, tried to re-log, 1-2 failed logins, then finally able to reach town,, yay

The game never let me loggin at some certain hours. Other times are base on luck, sometime I can get in with 1 try, some time more than 10.

in my case it takes me much longer between 5 to 6h waiting for it to connect but it never does and I lose the mood to play if I can't even connect please fix these problems

Another hour spent just for trying to log in. And this time I don't make it two - I rather find a game that works. The game is currently broken, has been for some time, and the developers put their time on content that brings them money but can't fix an important issue like this? I'm seriously thinking about quitting this game for good now.

To be fair I must admit that at least some servers for europe seem to be fixed...sure, some delay's still happening, but ~90% less dc's and login fails compared to a week ago...

I tried loggin many times for 30 mins and then gave up eventually.

Goddamnit my item find boost is gonna expire at this rate. Fix your crappy server. Issues like this is making me quit sooner.

yesterday, i was only able to use 30% of my booster time because of this login issue.

Agreed, most likely it was because of that reason.

Yeah, yeah...I wish they'd increase their server maintenance instead of pulling one event after the other...game becomes more and more unplayable
