I bought that pack to exchange the legendaries for mats, but did not get any mats for any of the legendaries in the pack. Is that on purpose lol?

Same issue, and now I can't even exchange the ones i didn't exchange. the devs definitely botched this. I feel ripped off.

Ya...conveniently enough there is now a beetle and raptor cosmetic gem pack...shows them as non-legendaries but I see some with those legendaries upgraded, wonder if they will get anything after using those mats?
Also, support ticket one said no refund...ticket number 2 has not even got a response after a week LOL

if you passed that zone, you'll only see them as cosmetic bundle in the shop.

I just realized it after 3weeks they stayed in the shop.

Why the hell would you spend 30$ to pass a zone early to only need new items? Come on people use your heads of course they are going to treat your items as cosmetic because in the long run that is what they are. And you where even stupid enough to buy them even after everyone was mad that the devs added leg items into the 1,000 equipment chests then forgot to put the cosmetic version of the legs items into the 200 gem cosmetic chest so now no one can get those items because the leg equipment was for t11.

My issue is why are they showing up as cosmetic items now, regardless if I passed zone or not, as they were listed as upgradable legendaries in the pack itself.

Calm down lol I bought the pack because my set all +3 would be better than the next tier epics/cheaper than the new mats for those legs too...did not get any mats however

you can't upgrade them because they change from upgradable legendaries to cosmetics after you bought them?
wow,
i thought the one that changed was only the offer, not the one you bought..
did they changed because you exchanged them? or the one you didn't exchange also becomes cosmetics?

I bought the pack pretty early on so I don't know what Crizhy's talking about, but I can confirm that despite being listed as actual legendary gear that can be upgraded, and explaining in the patch notes that they were 'fixed' to be able to be exchanged. Made it seem pretty obvious that you'd get upgrade mats from exchanging them. But u don't, and then Kong pulled a bait and switch and changed it back so u can't exchange any of them. They knew what they were doing, spreading false info to mislead ppl and take their money.

Update: Checked inventory today for guild recruiting contest chest and noticed I had a chest with the missing leg items :D they fugged up but made it all good!
