Dear Kongregate Team,
I've bought 29,99$ Zone 10 pack (Beetle Bundle) and just exchanged 4 legendary equipment for mats but i recived nothing! It show me all equipments are LEGENDARIES but can not get a single Crubble??? Is this a scam??? I want my cash back (I used nothing except those Legs i exchanged) or no more in this game!

Yeah bro,
They are cheating on us, LOL. Don't buy anything because it will make you disappointed! No one reply or support also, they ignore our problems everyday.

Thanks, I hope so, they should do something, at least don't make player feel like a fool after buying that fake legs pack...

Yeah. Normally when exchange any equipment, you will receive your materials, that's the truth. I wonder if there's any rules for equipment purchased by offered packs by each tier that they can be used only but not for exchanging? We need to be clear about that to avoid any unfortunate act in the future. Be cool, man!
