Hello everyone, I can once again, not in the game, the platform does not matter, neither Steam, browser, tablet (wifi or mobile network) works. The whole thing isn't working since the server reset. Is there any idea what it could be?

I am able to log in on multiple browsers on PC but not via Android mobile... The game starts up and hangs at "Loading %"... the % can be anywehre from 89 to 99 but the game will NOT load, it just hangs there for up to 30 minutes (I'v ewaited and timed) then I simply close out.

Fine here on pc using various browsers - had to clear data for google apps and reinstall bh on fire tablet loaded with google play to get mobile working.
No need to complete tutorial reloading anymore, it seems...just log in to K account.

I don't write Tickets to KONG anymore, Juppio, you got at least lost boosters used back, KONG? is like get away you don't get anything back. I would say, Juppio was a 8 but KONG is now a 0, it works on our side get rid of the game, even you spend a lot of dollars.

I am from SEA, i have logging issue too until now but it was not new for me, it was so long more than 1 year, the longest can be more than 30 minutes when waiting after tried alot reconnecting.
clear cache or restart browser sometimes helped faster, but it still didn't answer why this game was so hard to log in if comparing with other online games in kong platform too.
i worried about this because if i got dc or did wb with someone, got dc after received invitation. and it can took alot minutes to comeback.
when trying to login, my friend said, my char was online in game then soon offline, but on my pc i was stuck on loading then disconnect.

yeah I did all this, but nothing helped, support is playing the role they has to play and act like it is on your side. We allready notice there was some issue with german Telekom and the Amazon AWS servers used for BH. The loggin problem now is played down to clear cache and try again, what I did, but did not work. I even used all browsers, steam, mobile with wifi and mobile network, uninstalled it on steam and mobile, logged client side network, I did more then the support could do. And still I was not able to login. And AFTER I post a PUBLIC rant like this, I can login. Sorry, but it seems you don't need a support Team anymore, you just need ppl to throw stones on you.
