Hi
I write this message about something normaly fix, but not...
They are a few moments Kongregate fix a "bug" (if i can say that) about people that wanted to stay P3 to farm.
Actually is it normal to see a lvl 268, p7 build in p3 rank pvp/tg?
Ok i accept people create a new alt and stay p3 to farm gemme, to try to have all they want(acc/pet) before to build their hero. But some people abuse of it. It is possible to do something?

Hi. The t/g climbing as been patched like you said. If you still see people with a t3 mount and higher gears, it's because they had those gears before the patch, and they have been stuck like this for months (and will be forever). You will never get to compete against them. tier 3 top 10-15 is unfair and frozen in time. Kong will not remove them.
If you want to get a bit higher in pvp, without loosing precious gems, I'd suggest farming tier 4 instead. there is less people, leg gears give a nice bonus against other players, and the raids gives gems to compensate less gems from leaderboards
