Hey devs, please fix your capture rate system, been farming the same familiar for about 2 years. Spent money and hundreds of raid shards on it with boosts. I call your system a scam because regardless of the boost, there isn't much of a difference, raids in particular seen more rare then getting legendary and mythic schematics - feels like you just trying to scam people out of their money to make them feel hopeful. Because of your unclear capture percentages by familiar and the fact a lot of crafting materials can't be obtained without money, about a year ago I submitted a report to the BBB. I may do so again.

What is the familiar you are after?

This is not a scam.
- Multiplying by 2 (or else) a very small percentage still give a very small persentage. under regen, you will never notice the difference. You need to run hundreds/thousands of runs to see the difference. It has been debunked to be working as intended multiple times.
- Kong, just like any mobile gaming company, has the right to not disclose their loot rates as long as money isnt directly involved (familiars capture rates, gears loot rates, etc). Gacha boxes is an example when direct money is invlved, you can check the odds when buying pets/accs boxes.
- They can also sell whatever they want at whatever price they want. If you don't like like, don't buy it.
- Same applies for your raid familiars you are trying to make. Too expensive or time consuming for you? Maybe you should farm something else
It is totally fine for a mobile gaming company to try to make money. Else, there would be no game

Ofher countries have passed bills that require companies to show the exact percentages. This isn't something outrageous to talk about

yes, when money is directly involved. Thats why percentages are shown on acc/pets boxes.
when money is not directly involved (pretty much anything a f2p can farm) then they don't have to
