To make your images visible in the Forums:
Just upload your images to Imgur, take the Image URLs.
It should be something like this:
Simply change the URL a little like this:
Note that you must add an **i.** before imgur.com and a **.png** at the end.
Also, if the images you are uploading aren’t .png but .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, etc…
Just add that image’s file type to the end instead.
**.jpg** for .jpg images.
**.gif** for .gif images. _etc, etc…_

_Hope this helps!_

DON’T I HAVE MY SAY IN ALL THIS? OKAY SO LEMME SAY MY SHIT
**How to make epic armor**
First. Look at the upper right of your browser. You will see a red cross icon. Click it.

It should look like this.
Now after you clicked it it will you to the utmost advanced MurcusLabs armor making Site for MaD 2.
But there might be glitched that will make that button accidentally close your browser… That’s some kind of glitch that I’m trying to fix. So keep clicking the button until the lab opens. Good luck.

Where has this forum been all my life?
ITS AMAZING!

^this forum has been here since quite a while now.
The real question is:
WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE ENTIRE FORUM’S LIFE
|
|
|

^ I have No idea…
**brain farts**
Sorry Had to let out some knowledge… Cause apparently I’m stupid as fuck.

Someone should sticky and revive this thread.
Oh shit
|
|
|
metadata
MORE REVIVAL
This needs to be stickied because it really does have all sorts of goodies for the people starting out in MaD. Then we wouldn’t have to revive this all the time because these types of threads don’t really have that much leverage to support them at the top of the page.
|
|
|
metadata
^Correct.
0rava, please ~~be sticky~~ sticky this thread.
|
|
|
metadata
Stickied for now, will see if there’s enough traffic to keep it there. I’m not super fond of having so many stickies (almost half the page.)
Made this because it’s asked pretty often:
How to **Delete Custom Items**

|
|
|
metadata
This thread is so messed up. There’s tips and hints thrown everywhere here.
Someone should probably make a list of tips with links to the posts explaining them here…
…
And that someone is not going to be me, even though I’m the creator of this thread. Someone else can make it and then an admin can go replace the OP with it.

OP copy/paste so the list can replace it when someone finally makes it:
### Customizing/Combining Items
Players often want to make item combinations in the game, of just make the items look better. Here are some tips to improve that.
**Skinning**
Often, the starting color of the items doesn’t look good in the level you’re trying to make – So there’s an option to change the colors. On the bottom of the spawn menu is a button with the word “Skin” on it – Click it, choose a color on the object you want to change, and make it whatever color you think would look best.
**Welding**
Items have a joint limit, but to keep other items attached well, you often need a lot of joints. If you add less, the item will move around a lot instead of keeping in place. However, you can use welds (default keymap: P) to reduce the amount of joints used and keep it still. If you need to overlap items, welding also helps – When using joints, the item glitches, but welded items don’t collide and won’t glitch.

**How to play MaD 2 on Android?**
First make sure you have an adobe flash player. If you dont have one, go here [http://downloadandroidrom.com/download/apk/flash/FlashPlayer.apk](http://downloadandroidrom.com/download/apk/flash/FlashPlayer.apk). **Keep in mind that the link will give you an adobe flash player which is in version 11. I recommend you only download this if you are in android 4.×. Some of the new items will be invisible as they said. I havent test it yet though.** Then, get “SWF Player” on google play. After that, simply download MaD 2 and play it in the “SWF Player”
**How to play MaD 2 on android on a browser?**
First download a browser in play store that have a builtin flash player like “Puffin Browser”, “Photon Browser”. Then, simply visit MaD 2 on Kongregate.

^ …does this actually work?

How about a way of locking a item from rotating? I mean I try to angle things and push them against stuff at the same time and they just flop over.
|
|
|
metadata
^ Spawn \> Settings \> 999 damp spin.
It doesn’t completely stop rotation, but i think it would work.
Also, this is a tips thread, not a [suggestions thread.](http://www.kongregate.com/forums/9794-mutilate-a-doll-2/topics/509569)

Does anyone know how i can make something look bulky? I want to make a bulky mech ( **short** and “fat”), but i’m not sure how.
|
|
|
metadata
^ Using lots of crumblers could do.
Or a giant square.
And small legs.
Well, kinda hard to give hints when i’m not exactly sure what you want, but I think these could help.
|
|
|
metadata
^ I was actually thinking of doing that, but i wasn’t sure if it would work. I’ll try.
I don’t have a reference picture because the design will be original, but it will probably look like the Hulkbuster Iron Man. Maybe a bit shorter.
Just tried it on a normal ragdoll, it works. I’ll need to make the bodyparts longer though. Somehow.

> I’ll need to make the bodyparts longer though. Somehow.
You can use a revolute joint to attach an extra arm/hand/leg/foot.
|
|
|
metadata
^ I know, i’ve already did that on some private creations.

> ### Customize Everyone
>
> This is something even good MaDers rarely do, but is important. Lets say you’ve customized the important characters, gave them shoes, hands, clothes, maybe even faces, etc. etc. However, don’t leave the minor/background characters hanging. At least give them shoes and hands too, so that they don’t look like their clothes are too big for them. You can also full-on customize them, but I probably wouldn’t because it may draw too much attention to them and divert some from the important dolls.
wot? m8,almost everyone customizes everyone, but i think im the one who do it more tho, since i only let peepz with nothing when im sleepyz
