The console has been in the game since MaD1 and used primarily for development stuff.
It’s probably useless for anyone but myself, but since people keep asking about it I figured I’d make a definitive thread I can link them to.
My main use for the console is to spawn items that haven’t been added menus yet. That way I can test very experimental things without having to browse through the menus every single time (just hit Home+Up+Enter for the previous command instead.)
Since I might tweak and change things over a hundred times an hour, browsing through the menus to spawn something gets really old after a while.

### How?
Press [Home] to open the console. Click on the stage to unfocus and press it again to close it.

It can obviously be expanded in case there’s something you can think of that might be useful. Feel free to chime in below.

flying bixes? lol, Im pretty sure if you spawn a human and use the launch tool (for grenades), you can make flying bixes, and damm, they are unstoppable, they can even break through a riot shield, and they cause massive lag sometimes… lol

That's not relevant to this thread; create a new thread for a new issue.
Anyways, there's a grey star above unfavorited items in the Spawn menu; click it to favorite the item.

You should add a command to change the joint limit, since only being able to attach up to 8 ammo belts to each minigun is stupid.

If that's your only issue, you can change the effectiveness of each ammo belt in the details menu (I think the tool hotkey is M by default). A lower force means a higher firerate. Unless you want it for visuals rather than firerate, in which case you can just joint the belts to each-other.
(You can also increase the range of laser sights in the same way, as you asked for in a comment recently, except that a higher force makes a higher range.)
The joint limit is in place because of performance issues with too many joints, and if it was changeable, then it would still be forcefully be overridden and cause issues when players load in a level that was created using a high joint limit.
