If you are able to autokill IT HUNGERS from the very first time you meet it then the recipe never drops and the food items never unlock leaving blank items in the inventory list that are not accessible.
The game should automatically drop the receipie (if not already dropped) also in the case of defeating IT HUNGERS and not only when killed by it.

have you try to turn off the auto kill titan option and kill him by hand?or die to it? not sure how it supose to work

I have even tried to do die by fighting against v4 while doing a challenge (e.g. no ngu, etc) with rebirth number as low as possible and wearing no equipment, "idle mode off" - I still just AK it regardless of how bad I try to make me.
Regardless - even if I were able to achieve such death in a contrived situation - the issue/scenario would still exists

Not ssure if it's a bug but:
The PP gain from hitting milestones (e.g. getting 4 PP for the first time you reach floor 370 isn't affected by any of the PP gain modifiers.

its not a bug the pp gain front reeching a floor is a fix bonus

Good flag - I had completely forgotten about that setting.
It did not help as IT HUNGERS is too weak to kill me so we just end up stuck with me not being able to damage it nor it being able to damage me

Just how much did you invest into adventure stats with exp to be unable to die from it hunger V4 with stats from advanced training, beards, equipment and NGU all disabled/reset?

It's not an issue because the only way to get into this situation is by cheating. Cheat your stats back down or cheat the recipe into your inventory, no reason to make any game changes.

I love your self-righteous stance. Have you actually paid any attention to the tooltips that 4G provided?
As a reminder here is a screenshot:
Some bugs and issues you find them in regular runs, some you find them in runs where you push things to the limit.
So if your post has made you feel better great - during these times finding happiness is important.
Going back to the main point: this is still an issue as this situation can technically arise. Whether 4G want or does not want to fix it / change it - it's entirely his prerogative. Not being aware of it removes him from having the choice to address it or not to address it.

I'm sorry that you felt personally attacked. I'd just rather development time be used on situations that actually can affect players, rather than impossible situations that you have the power to get yourself out of easily.
Edit: I guess that's the general "you" rather than the specific, since it appears you posted about this back in October as well.

so the real question is did you hack the game or you spend a bunch of xp in adventure stat caussing this situation?

By spending a bunch of xp in adventure stat. Therefore anyone who spends a bunch (but a really big bunch) of xp in adventure stats before encountering IT HUNGERS can encounter this problem.
Though this is not the real question: this topic is about bugs whether big or small and 4G can the decide whether to address them or not - it is not a a public court of "this bug is worthy of submission to 4G, this bug is not worthy of submission to 4G"

Let's be fair the way you wrote the message left some but little room for it to appear anything but an attack and a judgment call. Judgment call by nature a personal.

In fact here is the judgment call. Again how 4G decide to spends his development time is his choice, not ours. He has the information if he decides to act on it is entirely his.
Furthermore it is not like this is a very complex problem to fix e.g. *(if (and IT.HUNGERS.full.set = maxed ; item.recipe = locked) then (drop item.recipe))*

Exactly it is something I can live with - I have tried to solve it game - I cannot find a way to do so given my adventure stats level that were bought via xp earlier on in the game.
As 4G just released *“A Boring Patch?*” if he is in the mood of addressing bugs then I flagged it
By the way this is the last reply I make on this topic as I really see no point in this conversation: a bug is present that can be obtained via spending xp unwisely; a user suggested reasonable solutions, they were tried and did not help; another user decided to make judgment statements that were of no use; original user replied - topic ended

Different bug
The wish tab seems to only offer 9 pages of wishes which end with Wish 188.
Wishes 189+ can only be seen when choosing 'Not Max Level' - however when maxed there is no way to see them
P.S. not sure why my previous message is not viewable - could be for excessive quoting?

If the "bug" where when a wish finishes while offline the resources stay on that wish is still around (ouch, "if", "where" and "when" in the same phrase...) it could cause a fairly serious problem where you have to reclaim all of your energy, magic and resource 3 (R, T and F respectively) just to get it off that wish if it isn't in the first 9 pages.
(for the "administrator review" it seems like links and multiple quotes can cause that if you have few posts and/or frequent flags from other users)

Because Y was already being used for something else when R3 was added. If you hold Y and right click an accessory, it equips to slot #4.

I think this was fixed in 1.120.

I'm currently starting to try to get items from chocolate world; but something seems weird with my drop chance. It seems like it's not multiplying correctly; I have something like 0.6% drop chance, but when I turn on a gold digger that gives 300% drop chance, my drop chanc ein the zone only goes up to 0.9%. There's some sort of weird scaling being applied, and I can't find any tooltips that indicate what's causing the irregular scaling. Also, when I look at the numbers for some other zones by removing items and such; it seems like the drop chance is multiplying normally there.

Starting from chocolate zone the total drop chance bonus is passed through a cube root, meaning it doesn't boost anywhere as much.
3 ^(1/3) = 1.4422
This means that your x3 from the digger only ends up as a x1.4422, which is consistent with the 0.6 becoming 0.9 (with a generous amount of rounding done to the 0.6 and 0.9 in the first place).

Once you get the Money Pit wish, the adventure stat reward is based on your current blood per second. If you have nothing invested in blood magic, you'll get 0 stats.
