The clock seems off and I just verified it.
A daycare item was going to level up in 10 minutes so I set the timer on my iPhone for 10 minutes as well.
When the iPhone reached 0, there was still 2 minutes and 4 seconds left on the daycare clock.

DId you open the game in a new window with no other tabs?
All of the current browsers have something to only give a very small amount of CPU time to tabs that are not the active one in their window, how much varies from browser to browser but you have to specifically dive into config menus to disable it (and raise your electricity bill as a direct result but that's a different story entirely).
Even beyond that, web-based unity is nowhere near as efficient as with a normal install (steam or kartridge for this game for example) so the specs of your computer could play a role there as well.
Maybe it's important to understand this whole thing that the game doesn't work on real time but on "ticks" that are supposed to happen 50 times per second.
So every time one or more ticks are not in that real world second, it pushes back the timers by that much as well, and depending on the conditions you can end up with very distorted times like yours.

Even on the standalone clients (Steam/Kartridge), on my old laptop I'd see slowdowns if I didn't restart the computer every day or two. I didn't notice until I was consciously trying to roll my rebirth time backwards by rebirthing at 23 hours, but the real time was still creeping forwards.

My wish 109(accesory) timer stopped... Of course, I allocated all resourses, and checked other wishes. other wish timer works well, but only wish 109 don't move. Only 5 hours left to max level...

This tends to happen when you try to get wishes that cost more than a few days (with that amount of resources) for the level.
You could come back to it later, or use offline progress to bruteforce it (what is happening is that the progress per tick is too low at high progress and rounded to 0, a technical limitation thing but offline calculate the whole chunk of time at once so it works better).

I can no longer train augs, blood, time machine or wandows. I put energy/magic into them and the timer dosnt move.

Augs, blood, and time machine all require that you have gold. Make sure you kill something in adventure first. For Wandoos, understand that it takes an hour to "boot up" to full speed after you rebirth.

In 1.200 the gains from fruit of quirks don't seem to be affected by the normal fruit scaling (ie where you get fruit level ^1.5 It seems like its only giving fruit level ^1, just a standard linear amount.

That's not a bug. Fruit of quirks has always been linear.

I have completed the Evil difficulty Blind challenge once, which should give me a 2% less daycare time. When i check in the stat breakdowns under the item of Base Kitty Happiness, it only says "Blind challenge modifier x 102%".
How about those i have earned from completing normal difficulty challenges? Is it a bug or it doesn't count in evil difficulty?

It's a different bonus. The Normal Blind Challenge reduces time required in daycare, while the Evil challenge increases daycare speed. Unfortunately the bonus from Normal challenge isn't displayed anywhere in the game.

Getting white screen of death multiple times a day on Kartridge version. This coincides with Chrome being blank too. Any advice on how to minimize the chances of this occuring?
Thanks!

I'm in Sad and have 4 wishes slot, 3 of them work with no issue but I'm using the last one on the additional acccesory slot wish but for some reason the time to next level is not going down at all when I check it even though it's "active", time left is stuck on 1 day 16 hours something. Anyone else has run into anything similar please? Thanks

It's a well known issue unfortunately, the code behind wishes suffer from precision errors, and in extreme cases that means the wish will flat out stop progressing. IIRC to solve the issue you either have to put more effort into the wish or go offline, as offline progression is calculated differently.
