So I have hit the minimum of 10 NGU levels needed to attempt this challenge but the challenge remains locked. Wondering if there is something I am missing? Seems like a bug to me or an overlooked tooltip.

Looks like it only checks levels in energy NGUs. Does that make sense for what you're seeing?

are you talking the no NGU challenge, because it requires more than 10 000 levels.

If you have only 10 NGU levels, better wait before doing challenges... just saying.

No, he's talking about the 100 level challenge -- the one that limits the player to gaining a total of 100 levels per rebirth from Augments, Advanced Training, Time Machine, Blood Magic, Wandoos, and Beards. That one only requires 10 NGU levels to unlock, not 10,000.
