This is a great question.
We sincerely apologize, at this time - with Mobile still in deep testing, we are not able to link or transfer any save games.
Once the Mobile Version comes out of testing, we'll try to get everyone's progress shared between versions, but at this time - the PC and Web versions can't share or link different accounts.
