It seems like as long as you have some energy left the game won't freeze. So, when you can't go into the rooms anymore just come back when your energy is full. Do not wait for the exact amount you need to enter a room.

I've experienced the same as TheJesus, it freezes after the end of game on the loading screen and I don't get the quest items. I tried leaving it for an hour! but it was still on the loading screen!!

I think the freezing only happens when loads of people are playing at the same time. I very rarely have problems with it, but when I do I wait a while and it works just fine when I return.

Fix this game, it keep freezing after beating a level and items won are not available when we reload the game. And you also dream to have real money from players?! :-/

well...like thejesus said, i've lost enough quest items because of a frozen loading screen. i'm done playing regularly, send me a msg when you've have corrected this shit.

Sorry guys, I seemed to have jinxed myself with that chrome comment. Guess using chrome doesn't fix the freezing problem either. :/

Possible workaround for the freezing bug: exit from full screen before clicking the last object. It's worked for me so far.

I'm getting really annoyed by the freezing on load screen bug. Also, you have a typo for one of the items in the Laboratory - it should be "soldering iron", not "saldering iron"

Problem: the game randomly hangs after a level is completed and the items gained are deleted upon a browser refresh (only way to get it working again). This has been reported by other users but is not resolved. Please address this problem or lose your players.

The library level has frozen on me three times in a row, preventing me from being able to complete missions, even though I've collected the quest item every time. If you're going to limit the amount of gameplay available to people by having them pay for more energy or waiting for hours at a time, is it too much to ask to work out theses types of bugs? This is just shoddy...

The game started crashing for me two days after I started playing, and it crashes only when I explore the dungeon or the laboratory for my quests. It is quite annoying, since I cannot progress anymore. I'm using google chrome - i haven't tried another browser to be honest, so I don't know if it's better on firefox. I don't think I'm gonna play any longer not because of the energy, but because of the crashes.

It's bad enough that this is yet another facebook game with an energy bar; it's annoying but I can deal with it, even with the extremely high energy requirements and slow regain time. But the game freezes literally after every other mission, I lose all rewards for whatever mission I completed, any quest requirements I fulfilled are unmarked, and I STILL lose whatever energy and items I used for that mission. Waste of my time.

i honestly disagree about all thats happening to you guys. it hasnt happened to me often and i find it quite entertaining. i dont see how its a moneygrabbing game and even if it is i havent had to spend a cent. ive enjoyed it since i began playing. its my opinion but i quite enjoy this game.

wait two hours to have enough energy to "explore," find all the little things just in time for the game to crash, reload to discover that all your loot disappeared, repeat.

I was alright with the time it takes to be able to play again, even though I'd love to just be able to play this non-stop. It is a beautiful game, and this kind of game is right up my alley. I cannot stand that the game keeps freezing, losing my items, and I HAVE to use the gems to complete a quest! Now, recently, the game won't load anymore for me. What's going on here?

I've literally, never had to re-load a game in my life as much as this one, due to it crashing and sitting on the continually loading screen! And to think that the developer intended people to pay for this. I would suggest some re-thinking before ever producing something like this again. Otherwise, would be a good game.

@chempricess5 Pretty sure there is a reset time, I could visit friends within the same hour yesterday once the 24 hr mark was hit. I believe the reset time is from when you first started playing, so mine is at around 5pm but will be different for you.

at least give some energy reward when you win a quest, if it takes 30 energy to go into one room, give back 5 energy when wins

Your energy refill time needs to be reduced as you level up. Because higher levels require more energy to access the rooms. We have to wait like a couple hours just to place one room. That's TOO slow. 3 minutes/ energy is still too high.

Khaldur.....I'll tell you why the rating has fell like a hammer.....the game keeps freezes when you complete an important quest...then when you log back in, your energy is gone, you have the item, but you don't receive the quest.

It would be nice if the quests took items that are already in your possession... it would fix the quest issue when the game freezes, and also prevent people from doing a quest before they're suppose to.

How can the rating down fall from 3,66 to 3,02 in two days ? And this, just when the developpers adjust the energy recovery (thanks !)...
