Well that was pretty sinister.. Did anyone else kept expecting to have another nightmare at the beginning of every day? I like that you only get a vague idea about your depth, weapon effectiveness , etc. It made it more atmospheric, and you have to use your intuition a bit.

There were insufficient upgrades to improve my mental health. Specifically, can't hold enough big fish in the tank to make this game truly satisfying.

Just finished the game. Had my heart pounding, I'm a wimp. I think... I died of a heart attack...
Oh wait. That was just another bad dream.

A nice trick to earn good cash is to aim, while close to surface, for the fish with "gems", try to get a x2 and then go a little deeper and get the big fish! Also, look for the fish with green gems, because they will make your load more valuable. For the guffins, if you are looking for them and you are running low on O2, don't stop! The guffin will replenish your oxygen bar when you get it. Another pice of advice related to guffins, if you have plenty of oxygen when you find it, catch some fish around it; when your 02 leves run low, grab the guffin. Extra time! Hope you find this useful :)

I just beat the game and wow. I planned on going straight down immediately after I bought the upgrade. Before the tip told me to, but then I started to go down and the fish became the size of dinosaurs and I went running to the surface. (I decided to buy all the upgrades first [for no particular reason].) Then I did it and the ending was both unexpected and also makes sense. It was obvious something was going to happen with Captain Connell, but I didn't expect that. Overall, I'd give this game a solid 6/5. It was great.

just swimming along, trying to get close enough to shoot this weird ass fish in the spine when I see a fish to the left just EXPLODE! WTF?! XD

to earn the medium badge you must first unlock all the upgrades. once that is done just dive as far down as possible and prepare for an epic fight. just thought i save a few headaches ;)

though I hate to risk spoiling anything, is it actually possible to beat the err "last thing" because I've tried like 8 times and haven't succeeded yet

It's funny, if you watch the aquarium long enough, some of them actualy /do/ start to look like fish. You can see eyes and everything.

this game was a favorite of mine because of the originality of the hunting/fishing for these phantom like fish its very addicting and also very time consuming but i enjoyed every minute of this game.

You know, I thought the first bad dream was pretty scary... But that final one, powerful as I was, I couldn't fight, I couldn't get away... I know how the other half feels now.

The game seemed like a nice distraction at the start. As it progressed, it got more and more addictive, the 'fish' became more and more marvelous and beautiful to look at, the story grew increasingly more interesting and during the whole of your journey, calming music accompanies you. The ending is perfect and does make you question yourself. If I could, I would give the game 6/5.

At the end i learned what it was like to be a fish, to be hunted by some unknown being using tools i've never seen in my life. You panic, you bleed, and you die.

Great Game. 10/5. Really one of the best games I've played, for how simple it is. It was a very relaxing game, as long as you kept a cool head about getting nibbled on 1 -2 times a day

I dont know, i enjoyed the game, but the end disapointed me. freeplay mode is not bad, but somehow seems pointless to me. Like the whole life of that captain.

This was actually a pretty sweet game. Learned the terrifying way of not to go deeper than what you're able to. The ending/goal reminds me a bit of Motherlode, too, with the terrors that lie deeper down.

This is an incredible, creepy, realistic harpoon-fishing/diving game. The fish, while wireframe, react in very realistic ways and flail and curl when they are dying. If this were remade, I'd pay for it. 5/5.

@VegladeX It's impossible to kill Captain Connell. The point is that Captain Connell is to you what you are to the fish. He's the hunter, and you're the prey, in an unfair fight with no way to defend yourself. I'm fairly sure the words at the end are said by Captain Connell to you.

Seems like a lot of people didn't understood, or at least this is how I figure it out... but there are no such thing about 'dream or reality' in this game. Everything here is a dream, or a nightmare. If you die, it's a nightmare. Once you get to the boat, your options are to buy upgrades, or to go to sleep. Once you go to sleep, a 'new day' begins. It's just a begining of a new dream, or nightmare, depending if you either die or not.

The harpoon goes farther and hits everything in its path. Take 2 huge fish down with one shot without having to get close enough for them to attack you.
