I'm sorry but the balance of this game is completely FUBAR. I get into a fight, opponent chugs 2 mana potions, and throws 2 spells, and I die without even getting a turn. Or I get matched up with someone with double the health and damage of me. And you guys consider that balanced?

Found an altar of joy in the cavern...he cant kill me as my armour seems too strong and i cant kill him as he has a 10000 armour... The result is stuck forever in a battle with the darned thing that never ends no matter what...I refresh and I am still stuck in that battle...I guess its game over for me...

I´m lvl 3 now and the game is already not about a strategic match-3 and usage of skills, but about which items one has and what can be spammed to do damage BEFORE doing a move. That´s retarded.

You rly need to improve the matchmaking, you can fight with a guys with a completly OP stuff relative to you. 0 fun with that. I understand is a pay2win but.. with not fun this game goes nowhere.

would be great if an effect played for the block, rage or lucky turn, right now it just seems like a bug made ur atk not go through or ur calculating the damage they can deal then a killing blow comes seemingly from nowhere, a little shield or 7 leaf clover or fire effect would make it a lot less confusing

So this game is pretty fun at first; levels 1-2 go by pretty fast, but at level 3 things take a drastic change. No longer are PvP matches equal - you will easily die due to players with epic gear. The only way to compete with these players is to grind. Then the true aspirations of the game creators becomes obvious: this is a PAY-TO-WIN game. You cannot grind without running out of energy and having to wait. So the game is fun until level 3 where you must spend real money to get ahead, or lose constantly. Then there's the game creators themselves who use Kongregate. While playing I read through the game chat and noticed the creators were banning folks from the game for speaking English when chat was filled with Russian speakers. They were also coercing people to rate the game 5 stars to receive free diamonds. If you speak Russian and have extra money to spend, then this game is for you. Otherwise, be careful what you say in game chat and get used to losing and waiting endlessly.

I find it humorous that there are two tribes of enemies to fight named after common issues/complaints in other online games - 'Lag' and 'Bug(g)'.
I don't want to beat a dead horse about the pay-to-win and the slow energy bars, but I want to suggest you find a way to add those in as fightable enemies too.
Not immediately though; fix the energy/diamond shortage for the moneyless players before poking fun at it.

Another energy based game meaning we can only play it for a few minutes and then have to wait like 30mins before we can do anything! This game is pretty good but the energy ruins it all! Take it out for god sake!

data for my last 50 fights: 49 guys with armor 500+, 1 guy with armor 350. All fights "against" lvl 1-3 players. My max armor since i started (from items) = 50.
Conclusion: No matter how good you are on Jewels. Game is UNBALANCED. I dont care if pay2win or free. I want to have a chance!!!!

elixirs and potions should be 'non-usable" for whoever goes first. its irritating to lose without getting a turn because they spammed elixirs and spells on the first turn.

Also I know your just going to downvote this comment, but considering the player has veyr limited options for actually buying stuff, the random weapons and armour are GROSSLY unbalanced, people will become hugely more powerful than others just because of whatever drops.
And its a shame because this could be a great game with a little work, though i get the feeling your just going to whack this comment with minus votes.
I think are real point is that pay content isn't necessarily bad, provided the game plays well otherwise. And I'm serious, shoving it in people's faces just makes them quit the game, unless the game is THAT good, and don't bet on being that game

Another Pay2Win game, but there is a difference: The developer does not have shame and even anwsers people's comments trying to defend he's game. Seriously, kongregate should make another website: KongregateP2P.com and insert all the shitty pay to play games like this one there, because "Hey, do you like games? So do we — that’s what makes Kongregate the best source of free games online". This is a FREE GAMES website.

1. You can play everywhere you want. Facebook and theheavensgame.com are not ready yet - they are in beta mode right now, but in two weeks the will start also.
2. Extra turn in 5 in a row works only if they are in row. Also you can match 6 in a row and you will gain diamonds for that. But it is hard to do.

So I'll try again and OBS It's not a negative review or anything I'm just wondering so I know on wich version I should level up!
Love the game BUT, were should I play the game? on facebook, on Kongregate or on theheavensgame.com? I don't which one you are going to maintain.
And second I'm wondering about the extra turn I get when making a match of Five stones, does it only apply when the stones are in a row or is it supposed give an extra turn for every five plus match? Because now I only get it when the stones are in a row and not for those in an angle. Bug?

Difference too big between player starting lvl 3 and people finishing it. I can't make any damage and i'm one shot every ****ing time.

@nxco whats the problem with diamonds? We want to make advertisement, development, it's all cost money. I think, that the only honest way is to make everything in game available without payments. It is OK, that it takes some time for users to make achievements, because it is a game. But also it is OK if you don't want to waste time and buy something with Kreds. And BTW - thanks to all players that make payments, it helps us to make new updates!

Hmm an intresting use of the Puzzle Quest engine, but too luck based (with both the grid and the varying power and applicabilty of the random drops). Spells could be done better to, and it sucks you have to choose a cult without seeing what they have and once you've chosen your stuck.
Also you are much too aggressive with the pay to win stuff. Seriously

The random opponents are NOT as statet "worthy" or "equal", at the beginning of the new lvl they have like twice as better stats than me, and at the end of the lvl I am better than most. Then I start losing again. The opponents should have similar stats not the same lvl.

Besides pay2win and a little too much luck envolved, the gfx & music are very good. The main problem is the imbalence of cults! Plus you cannot reset to start over!!! What a pity.

What about creating a kind of training fights, which won't give any loot or exp, but also won't cost energy and won't decrease items durability? Just for having some fun while waiting for the energy to restore.
