So I have to pay Diamonds to repair my equips....? Why? Honestly, tell me for what reason you implemented this feature. Not only does it not make sense, it's just making the money-grab seem more and more obvious. I'm less inclined to spend Kreds on a game that makes me pay for everything.

Somewhere under all the pay2win bullshit, typos and bad design choices there lies a good game, one that expands on Puzzle Quest and has better RPG options. It's a shame it's god damn unplayable because of the aforementioned problems, though.
First of all, everithing in The Heavens can be earned without payments. The only thing you can pay for - saving some time. And in case you have any bugreports, we are always ready for bugfixes!

@Albatros2000, is that true? If so this game, just scammed everyone from half the money they spent (more if you don't recover the account) and all the time they used to play the game. I see no forum thread that talks about the refund policy so i must assume they don't want people to get their money back...

I saw military mode (Immunity to defeats) and decided to pass this game by. If I wanna pay to play there are plenty of non browser games for that.
Military account does not give you immunity to defeats. It works only with counters in Medals or Avatars. For example, if you win one fight against Matazuu and loose to another one, you will still have 1 win in a row. But this does not give you immunity.

how come a same level player can kill me in one hit? PAYING for the diamonds of course. So if I don't have money I can't play properly. this game sucks

Hey game makers, you should add some type of story element. Why are these guardians in the Heavens? What purpose do guarding these trees serve? You should think about making the islands more diverse as well. The more evilish islands should look, well, evil! Why would Cult of Hate, or suffering have happy looking islands? Put some dread on them islands! Hang some bodies from them trees damnit!

This is probably the first game where you spend more time watching the loader than doing stuff before you run out of energy, just because you dared to upgrade 2 of your spells...
1 level spells require 10 energy to learn. That takes 3 minutes of recharging. And on the other hand, you have 100 energy in the beginning, that allows you to learn all spells and use them in several battles.

I strongly believe players who spent kreds here shall ask for full refund of kreds, because Heavens on FB could also be closed within few months too!

Could be a somewhat decent game if it got debugged/better instructions. Sometimes opponents get an extra turn for no apparent reason (not a 5-in-a-row thing); sometimes damage doesn't apply without explanation (was it blocked? healed? never applied?); opponent rating is a joke; and its not clear what the use of shops really is (sell your stuff? stuff randomly appears? in-game text is contradictory).

why does not the game load sometimes? Even after refreshing the browser, clearing the cache, close and re-open browser, the game still does not response.

For those that do not know you can turn animations on. This really helps u know what is going on in a fight, because u see rage hits, blocks, and lucky moves happen.

Amongst the things that could improve in the game, I think a live feedback(I don't know the exact word to describe this) in the battles would really help! We'd know how much damage we took, we dealt, if the attacked was blocked, If the opponent has 3 turns in a row because of his luck, which spell he used. Like "AI blocked the attack", "John dealt X damage (Y blocked) damage", "Jane has another turn"

That was the PM I received from AnnaC27. As they only sent me a PM and not a public reply, I decided to post it for everybody to see it. I played for 3 months, to get to Level 6, so restarting from scratch with half the diamonds I bought, is not really acceptable

To the Developers:- Could you please let us know what is happening about refunds of Kreds or how you will be handling this detail.
I must say simply ignoring this situation when you have had such loyal customers (yes, customers!) which you have encouraged to spend real money on your game, i find a bit distastful.

I'm sorry but the balance of this game is completely FUBAR. I get into a fight, opponent chugs 2 mana potions, and throws 2 spells, and I die without even getting a turn. Or I get matched up with someone with double the health and damage of me. And you guys consider that balanced?

- So the refund policy is apparently half the Diamonds you purchased, but only if you ask for it, and have a FB Account. I would prefer to have my character with my achievements and badges moved instead of restarting from scratch after playing for 3 months

2 things
1. make a search function for players because talking though kong chat is the only real way to advertise what you are selling and if someone wants to buy its near impossible to find them.
2. don't make repairing an item cost diamonds, it makes the game kinda suck when you finally find something useful and can no longer use it, at least do a decent amount of crystal cost.

Rarely do I give a game 1 star, but this one went out of its way to earn that crappy rating. I could even forgive all the p2w stuff if it didn't include the option to just straight up BUY LEVELS. WTF kind of douchebag option is that? Are the creators retarded?

Really enjoy the game! I do have a complaint as of today though. I am not able to use my chest slots. Ever since this winter update. The drag and drop was much easier and smoother.

You can even pay diamond to gain levels in this game, how fun ... That plus the fact that you NEED to pay just to do anything in this sorry excuse of a game mean I can't give more than 1/5
I love match game, but this one is really poorly designed, and adding a money grabbing fest on this is just so wrong on so many levels.

The game itself isn't all that bad, but I'd like it if there weren't so many things that can only be bought with diamonds. The inventory's tiny and we don't even get any free chest space.

This game is so obviously pay to win yet the developer(s) seem to want to believe themselves that their game isn't. That's the biggest issue when it comes to developers making pay-to-win games: the developer being blind for their own game-design choices.

you should atleast be able to buy some backpack/ chest slot for crystals not just diamonds :/ even if its like 10k/100k/500k ect each. + to keep this alive :)

Found an altar of joy in the cavern...he cant kill me as my armour seems too strong and i cant kill him as he has a 10000 armour... The result is stuck forever in a battle with the darned thing that never ends no matter what...I refresh and I am still stuck in that battle...I guess its game over for me...

@nxco whats the problem with diamonds? We want to make advertisement, development, it's all cost money. I think, that the only honest way is to make everything in game available without payments. It is OK, that it takes some time for users to make achievements, because it is a game. But also it is OK if you don't want to waste time and buy something with Kreds. And BTW - thanks to all players that make payments, it helps us to make new updates!
