Developer Updates
Alright, I have spent the last 24 hours or so learning a lot about how Construct 2 manages frame rates. I donât have a monitor with a very flexible refresh rate, personally, so Iâm taking this on faithâbut the transition time between levels should be normalized now. People who were experiencing painfully long level transitions should be seeing much shorter ones; the flip is that if you have a high refresh rate monitor, your transitions might be a bit slower now.
I say âshould beâ because, again, I donât have a way to test it. Itâs fixed in theory. Post a comment or hit me up with a PM if your level transitions are still taking like, whole minutes. The title screen and some general gameplay elements (like the main character speed) are still going to run slow for a small fraction of people, thatâs a whole different issue I havenât resolved yet but screen transitions, at least, areâĻ understood, hopefully resolved.

On the level before rise I got stuck because I accidentally pushed the block the wrong way because I walked past it. So you may want to raise the roof in that hall way or something along those lines.
