I feel like either the rent needs to be higher (in the beginning), or the supplies need to be a little cheaper.

Too much repairing or need of a repair all button.I mean do you really have to repair every house every 3 months of the game? Noted that when i destroy a broken "need repair" house and rebuild on it, my new house is broken and needs to be repaired.
