The Adventures of Rubberkid Demo

Description

The Adventures of Rubberkid is a simple game with a big goal - to help teach children how horrible bullying can be and to prevent them from giving in and bullying others themselves. It's a free game that is only about 25-30% done (there are still a few levels to do, art to make, polish, music/SFX), but I am currently running a Kickstarter campaign to raise money to distribute the game to libraries and schools across the country. I realize that mentioning Kickstarter can be a bad thing, but the game is almost completely funded (86% as of posting it here), the goal is only $750, and the game will be made regardless - the money is for promotion so it can reach as many children as possible.

The goal of the game is to bounce the insults that bullies hurl right back at them, protecting the innocent, bullied kids and letting the bullies hear their own words, making them realize just how mean they're being and change their ways. Movement is done with the arrow keys or WASD.

There are also some pong-styled levels, where paper insults are thrown and bounced back and forth. All instructions are in game as well, however :)

How to Play

WASD/Arrows move, mouse for menu choices
