How to Play
Click and Drag satellite magnifiers to position them.
Click on the outer ring to rotate the beams direction.
The beam can lock on settlements.
Asteroid may block your way
Shoot sunlight onto the settlements to keep them high in power.

There doesn't seem to be a defined win state. You can lose, but it takes some effort - you have to actively prevent sunlight from reaching the settlements.

Contrary to the description, this is not very fast-paced. It doesn't present much challenge at all. There does not appear to be any scoring system, and it doesn't appear to end - there's no real sense of reward or progress.
